Track Your API Usage

Your Note API Connector plan includes a monthly limit on runs and records. This guide explains how to track your usage and understand what counts towards your limits. Runs and records reset at the start of each month.

What Counts as a Run?​

A run occurs when:

  • You manually click the Run button.
  • A scheduled request executes.

Each API request sent from Note API Connector consumes one run.

What Counts as a Record?​

When a request runs, Notion API Connector transforms the response into records using the response data transformation and response field mapping. The number of records after running a request is how many records are used by the run.

View your current usage​

You can check your run and record usage for the current cycle in the Account View.

Click Profile in the Main Menu.
